Order Processing All orders are processed and dispatched quickly, typically within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Local Collection Free collection is available from our Bristol location. Please select this option at checkout only if you are able to collect in person. We'll notify you when your order is ready.
Remote UK Locations Please allow additional delivery time for orders to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands. Additional charges may apply.
Tracked Delivery All orders are sent with a tracked service. Your tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [your email] and we'll investigate with the carrier. We ask that you allow up to 10 working days before reporting an order as lost.
Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns Postage For returns, please refer to our Returns Policy. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
